How to Cook Red Rice?

Hi, I have started to cook for my family for almost 10 years, myself and husband have decided that it was time for us to stop easting outside and we should eat most often in the house within certain time so we can all sit together as a family and enjoy what Mama cooks for us. There are some recipes still hard to do, but through my experience in the cooking industry, I can say that I can help you guys in knowing how to cook RED rice and I mean it. It is not easy and not hard to do once you follow my repeated instruction.

Instruction to cook red rice:

1. Do not soak the rice in warm water, just take it out from the bag and read the label for servings suggestions. You can start with 2 cups and wash and rinse under the sink water ( I prefer to use long grain rice).
2. Prepare the pot on the stove, put it there for almost 10-15 seconds just for the sake of keeping it warm enough so when you add the cooking oil it won't stick. Add the designated amount of cooking oil and then lower the heat into Medium so you can start adding the thick tomato sauce to the pot.
3. Once you start to smell the aroma that is coming from the tomato sauce, ( I would like to add slices of garlic too, this is preferable ) . Start adding the rice ( you rinse and drain the rice with no water in it as possible) and then to the tomato sauce.
4. Start stirring both the tomato and the rice ( add salt) and then add the designated water amount to them.
5. Lower the temperature into low and then stir every 10 minutes till you can taste the rice been done and you see no lumps of tomato in the pot. This is very important step, if you miss it, it is a goner, so please you need to watch the food being cooked in a low temp. and stir every 10 minutes with a cover on.

I always add to my Red red some chicken wings, you can be created as you wish. Do not serve red rice without any decoration along, because the kids will not like it. Serve chicken wings and place them on the top of the red rice and make it like a pyramid. This way looks appealing and fascinating for the entire family.
